Not get Demo Content

Hello Support,

We have purchased theme and install on our sever, but we are not getting demo contents of few themes like:
Band, Agency, Intergry1 etc.

When we try to installing theme demo contents that was failed.

Can you please provide us proper documentation where we download demo content of all themes like as per you demo store show.

Hi there Ravi!

All demo content is installed directly via the importer, there isn’t a way to download separately and upload the content.

We’d be happy to help you find out why the demo content isn’t importing, it may be that your server can’t communicate with our server or a number of other issues.

If possible please provide FTP details and WP Admin Login details in a secure note. We can then debug what’s happening and get this resolved for you.

The issue is because your host has a limited cURL timeout limit. Please contact your host to increase the cURL timeout limit.

Hello Support,

As per your give demo file we installed it but we cant get all the content as shown in demo site, many pages are missing after the impost demo on our sever, we need exact demo content and pages on our server theme, please find out what the issue on that have not import on our server.

Server details above, please solve ASAP base.

I have checked your website and the sample demo i.e home page and placeholder images are up there. However please note that X Theme offers 2 variant of demo contents, Standard and Expanded. Integrity falls under Standard demo family. Primary difference between standard and extended demo is that when you import standard demo it will setup the structural layout from the homepage of the demo selected with placeholder content along with relevant customizer settings. On the other hand upon importing expended demo content it will not only setup your homepage and Customizer settings for you, but it will also import all images used in the demo itself, all pages, posts, widget areas, menus, et cetera. In that regards if you want a fully functional working website I would advise you to take a look at expanded demo contents.
