Please see attached screen shot from my phone. For some reason I get this instead of my page. If I click the “go to full site” button it displays correctly.

Thank you for writing in, that is a feature of JetPack called Mobile Theme. Please disable that feature or deactivate the Jetpack plugin if it’s not necessary.
Read the documentation here on how to access the JetPack’s Mobile Theme feature.
