Not displaying correct instagram logo

Hi

I’m using a custom nav in my child theme in order to display social icons. The instagram logo is displaying as the older version in this instance (but the correct, newer version in the footer). I’ve checked the font awesome unicode (f16d) and it appears to be correct.

Thanks for reaching out.

You have custom code where icon codes that are now incompatible with font-awesome library built-in to latest theme. I recommend fixing your custom code and use the latest one. Unfortunately, we can’t cover and provide support for custom code.

But if you just copied the social code from the old theme, I think you can just re-copy it again from the latest theme carrying the latest code structures.
