Not able to show inframe content on website

Hi,

I’m trying to implement a 360°-tour on our landing page using iframe.

<iframe width='853' height='480' src=' https://my.charly.rocks/tour/weingut-gager frameborder='0' allowfullscreen allow='vr' style='width: 100%;'></iframe>

I tried “Raw content” and “Text” element to implement it to the site, but the result is only a white box not showing anything (check it out yourself: testumgebung.weingut-gager.at).

Looking forward to hear from you.
Best regards,

Sebastian

Hi Sebastian,

Thanks for reaching out.
It is an issue with custom HTML code and out of the scope of Theme Support, still, I would like to enlighten you that the src attribute does not have the closing quote and that might be the reason behind your issue.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

Hi,

thx, that was the problem – now it works.

Another question regarding the same integration.

Is it possible to add a layer over the iframe which will disappear after clicking?
eg.: a transparent layer and a note “360° tour”

Hi Sebastian,

There is no such option for what you are expecting. You need some customization to have that. I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.

Thanks
