Not able to access web pages using Pro theme

When accessing a page on wordpress and going to edit with Pro, the page is continuously in loading mode. This has been happening all day.

There might a different reason behind the issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot a few common issues on this.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Child Theme Related issue
3.CSS/JS Customization
4.Disabling Cache
5.Disabling CDN
6.Increasing PHP Memory Limit
7.Permalink

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Hi @WaterSpringPTO. I had the same issue today. I discovered that a plugin called SG Optimizer (for performance optimisations provided by SiteGround - my hosting provider) was conflicting with the Edit Pro window. I’ve not had this issue before so hopefully whatever caused the conflict will disappear. For now, though I disabled the plugin, made the edits and activated it again. Good luck. David

Thanks for chiming in, David. That’s right, it’s usually the incorrect configuration of performance plugins that is causing the issue. It is the performance plugin author that should investigate such cases as it’s not feasible for us to be compatible with all performance plugins’ settings.

Thank you, David. I also have site ground, when i disabled the SG Optimizer that seemed to be what was blocking access to it. Like you as well, never had that problem before so I’m not sure why this is happening.

Hi Lisa,

It has something to do on how the performance plugin (SG Optimizer) settings configure. Once you are able to configure it properly then you will have no problem accessing the Pro Builder.
