I just go the theme and set-up the nonprofit expanded demo and everything seems to be working correctly except the menu. It just shows up as the default ubermenu format of black boxes with grey text. Can you advise?

The Ubermenu is not used in the Nonprofit demo. Please kindly disable that plugin and you should see the menu correctly. If you have problems, kindly keep the Ubermenu deactivated and repeat the demo import process.
