Hello, I have purchased two licenses for you for our church (501c3). I could really use another license for an additional website. However, I wondered what the best way to go about it, considering, I’ve already purchased two licenses from you, and we are a nonprofit.

Thanks for asking. 
I am assuming that this question is for discount. Please note that you will have to purchase new licence for new website. As you might know we distribute X Theme on Themeforest and because of that we fall under their licensing terms and conditions. As of now Themeforest does not offer discounts for non-profit organizations. Regarding Pro theme, we currently do have a discounts for bulk license pack. Please see https://theme.co/pro/#pricing.
