Non-functional display conditions

Hello,

I have a problem with the display conditions of a button in my header.

Before contacting you, I found this post and tried all the solutions mentioned (delete CSS, increase PHP memory… etc).

On my “Registration” page I want to hide the “Create an account” button in the header (logical).

Despite my various tests and settings (the other elements also have conditions and work perfectly), my conditions for this button do not work…

Link in secure note ; tell me if you need any admin access

Would you have an idea to share with me to solve this problem?

Thanks to all, richard.

Hi Richard,

Thanks for reaching out.
The mentioned condition worked perfectly in the local environment on the specific element. There might be something else is the reason behind your problem, to recognize that we need to investigate it through your Admin Dashboard. I would request you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Hello, here is the access

Thanks to you !

Hello Richard,

Kindly remove all your conditions. You only need to set this one condition:

The Current User Is Not Logged In condition is already applied to the container “VISITEUR” container.

Kindly let us know how it goes.

Thank you for your feedback.

I inspected the conditions and simplified them, however the problem still persists: the “create an account” button does not disappear on the registration page… :frowning:

Hi Richard,

It might be the Cache is the reason behind your issue, I set the condition and clear the cache and found it is working fine.

Thanks

Oh, beginner’s mistake lol

Thanks for your feedback and help!

Hi Richard,

Thanks
