I get no preview rendered and only this message when I try to make adjustments in the x-theme:

“Non-existent changeset UUID”

Any solutions?

Hi There,

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Hi again,

It is caused by HSTS (HTTP Strict Transport Security) with sub-domains such as WWW turned on and having two seperate URLs for WordPress web address (URL) and Web site address (URL). In your case I see two different URL’s (see screenshot in a secure note)

They must be same, please check your settings via Dashboard > Settings > General and fix the the URL issue.
