No Vertical Scroll Bar on Slider Revolution After Updating to 6.1.2

Hi, I’ve updated Slider Revolution to 6.1.2 and after doing so, the new interface has a control panel down the right hand side of the page and I can’t see how to get the vertical scroll bar to appear so I can scroll down to see the rest of the options in the panel! Can you let me know how to get to the other options in the panel please.

Hey @core365,

Regretfully, there’s no scrollbar. But, once the cursor gets into the sidebar/options, you can scroll up or down using the mouse scrollwheel or other scrolling device.

Hi, that’s no help really as typically, on my mac mouse, the scroll wheel stopped working after a few months, so I need a scroll bar to navigate with. Other than the scroll wheel not working, it’s a perfectly good mouse, so there’s been no need for me to add to the amount of plastic/consumer waste and just get a new one for the sake of it, and I’m not prepared to do so either just because Theme Punch have decided to disable the necessary scroll bar function - was this just for aesthetic reasons they decided to do this, if not, then for what other purpose was it?

Because I use your theme for all of the websites I do, I use Slider Rev for any sliders I create, which now causes a problem when I update the plugins, as I am unable to use all of the required functions in Slider Rev. So now if I want to keep my plugins up to date and amend any of the sliders I’ve created, it will be virtually impossible without having to pay out for a new mouse, which I don’t see why I should have to. It may not seem like much of an issue for yourselves, but it is for those who haven’t the scroll wheel function who have now been penalised for not having one.

I understand you have no direct involvement with Slider Rev, however you offer it as part of your theme and is listed as one of your features as one of the reasons to buy your theme, with a description of ‘an easy to use interface’!

We’re sorry for the discomfort. Yes, we don’t have direct involvement with Revslider development. Although, even without mouse, you can still navigate. Please try using your UP and BOTTOM arrow on the keyboard. I am not using a mouse either, but I can navigate on those options by using those keyboard UP and BOTTOM arrow key.

Hi, it’s not causing discomfort, it’s just disappointing, frustrating, annoying and makes no sense! It always makes me wonder when plugins and themes are updated, if the people doing it actually use it themselves - style over substance springs to mind in this instance, it hasn’t made it easier to use, it’s the opposite.
