No thumbnail in Essential Grid for Posts containing YouTube Video

Hello, I have posts containing Youtube videos and when I use Essential Grid to show them based on the category the grid not displaying the thumbnail at all, just a blank page.
I have tried to add the videos to the video element without embed code and thumbnails showed up but the video did not work inside the post page.
I have also tried the classes video element and thumbnail worked but the videos did not work inside the post page.
I use these options from essential grid setting:

Thank you for reaching out to us. I believe you’ve not setup the video post correctly, please follow this guide here https://www.themepunch.com/essgrid-doc/working-with-video/ to show the video poster image and play the video inside the grid item.
