Apologies for the problem you are facing. I just checked the ticket you created earlier and my colleague has already responded. It’s my humble request, please refrain from creating additional messages as we handle tickets from oldest to newest and if you create a new reply in existing ticket, it goes back into the queue. That’s the reason why there has been a delay in response time.

Hello Prasant,

I understand this, however the previous way of getting support was much better, this is taking 24 hours per reply. Each message takes 24 hours, therefore, its taking days if not weeks to get issues fixed. I won’t create a ticket again but the new update issue has still not been resolved,

The response time currently is longer than usually due to the update. Normally answers take around 4 hours. All the best!
