"No suitable preview area found" error when BadgeOS is active

Hi,
I have this error on editing pages (and I have no access to edit headers), when BadgeOS plugin is activated.

Could you please help me to solve this issue? I kind of need BadgeOS plugin for my platform.

Thanks for writing in! I have logged in to your site and check the plugins. I enabled the BadgeOS and the Badge OS LearnDash Addon. When I edit your header or the page with Pro Editor, I did not encounter any issues at all.

You may have resolved it already. Or maybe just a browser caching issue. Please clear your browser cache or use private browsing mode and test your site again.

Thanks for updating the thread.

I checked the Start Go page and it seems that it’s a archive post type when BadgeOS plugin is active. If I deactivate the plugin then the page in question is normal page and it’s editable. So, it’s not a plugin related issue. Archive pages can’t be edited in content builder.
