Hi,

My name is Juanjo. A few days ago I installed the theme “X” by Themeco" and I am trying out to build with the editor Cornerstone but I get the error “No suitable preview are found. this could happen when a third party plugin is overrinding the content area”.

How could I fix it?

Hi Juanjo,

Thank you for writing in, your X theme is not active, please navigate to Apariencia > Temas and activate the X theme if you want to use X theme.

Though the Cornerstone can be a standalone and can be used with other themes. The page template you might have with your current theme is not compatible. Additionally, your license is for X theme, so you should use the Cornerstone with X. Not Cornerstone alone.
