No rich pins showing

Hi,

I’m not sure, if this is an X them topic, but I tried the whole afternoon different approaches, but couldn’t find a solution.
So here’s my problem.
I got the rich pins confirmed by Pinterest but when I’m clicking on the printerest button to pin, it doesn’t transfer the rich pin description I set in Yoast but it only adds the alt tag.

I’m referring to the images at the bottom of the post and particularily this one, because here I added the Yoast meta description to the blog post as well as to the image itself. Here, when pinned, the rich pin information should be displayed in Pinterest, which it doesn’t.

So you have any idea why it’s not working or what am I doing wrong?
Thanks so much!
Nimue

Hello Nimue,

Thanks for writing in! In most cases, a JS error could prevent the Pin button from working. To assist you with this issue, would you mind providing us the URL of the page in question so that we can investigate and look for any JS error or what may have caused the issue. This is to ensure that we can provide you with a tailored answer to your situation.

Regards.

Yes of course!

thank you!

Hey Nimue,

You seem to forget the WP admin URL.

Thanks.

Hi, sorry, I updated the info!

Hi Nimue,

There’s no error when I check. When I inspect the button, I can see data-pin-description attached to it shows when I clicked the button

That’s how it is setup when I checked that image description on backend. Please try to clear your browser cache. Thanks.
