No proper UI on fresh install

I just installed but anytime it tries to load the UI, it looks like so:

I’ve tried disabling every plugin in case there was a conflict but that wasn’t the case. I’ve tried reinstalling as well but no luck.

This is most probably related with use of old version of WordPress. Please update WordPress to the latest version which as of today is 5.1.1. To update WordPress, you can take a look at following resource. Please make sure to take a complete backup before updating WordPress.
