Just tried to access a new website www.https://pinehamplaytime.co.uk/
I see you have had a similar issue reported but am unable to append to the thread
It says preview could not be loaded due to iframe response. Please see below, as i say looking at your forum, i believe someone else had a similar issue, but its not clear for me from that, how to fix this.

There are a number of factors that could cause that error but the main one is Plugin Conflict as also stated in the error message.
I see you mentioned you viewed other similar threads. Have you tried the solutions that were given? Below are the solutions applicable to you.
If none of that helps, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin username and password
