I thought I will get a premium feature of MailPoet with X theme purchase. But it is not true.
The plugin says after activation >>
You need to have MailPoet version 3.46 or higher activated before using this version of MailPoet Premium.
Is there any premium plugin X theme provides for email marketing?

Thank you for writing in, Mailpoet has both a free and a premium version. The premium version comes with your X/Pro copy. But before you can enable the premium version, you need to install and activate the free version. Please follow the documentation below for more details.

Hi Thanks I followed the same process as you said.
When I went to Plugins, on MailPoet3 Premium there is a message - "There is a new version of MailPoet 3 Premium (New) available View version 3.0.83 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. Register your copy of the MailPoet Premium plugin to receive access to automatic upgrades and support. Need a license key? Purchase one now."
What should I do now? Should I update it? Or Register or purchase?
It is showing error too when I am visiting > Mailpoet wecome wizard Mailpoet>Emails
Update: When I tried to update plugin it is saying > An error occurred while updating MailPoet 3 Premium (New): Update package not available.
And problem remains.
I was mailed by Wordpress too saying - "Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, MailPoet 3 (New)."
Hello Sansar,
MailPoet3 Premium comes bundled with X and Pro so you do not have to register it with a license to be able to use it. Also since it is a bundled plugin, you should be able to do an update as long as it is the test version with X/Pro.
The latest supported version of MailPoet is 3.0.82. As you have mentioned, you are trying to update to version 3.0.83 which is the latest version from the vendor but isn’t tested on our end yet that is why when you are trying to update, you are getting the message.

Once an updated version of the plugin is tested on our end, you should be able to update as normal.

This error was coming before updating MailPoet 3 Premium
Then I thought to update it that does not work as well.
So from where can i find MailPoet is 3.0.82 as you are mentioning.
Because installing and activating through x>validation is failing again and again. I just followed what @friech said to me. But it didnt work.

Update : It seems you are working on it but it is causing error in blog posts! So i deactivated plugins and now blog posts started working as earlier. If it is taking too long to fix kindly leave it.

Yes i was checking your setup, apologies if it disturbed your work. I checked your setup and I see you’ve many third party plugins installed which seems like conflicting with the MailPoet plugin. Since it’s your live site I didn’t deactivate any of your plugin. Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
I also tested the MailPoet extension in my local setup and it works as expected so my guess is deactivating all third party plugin will fix the issue.

Hi Nabeel, Thanks for reply. Can you please confirm mailpoet with X theme supports only 1000 mail sending plan? It is not unlimited one? Which Pro plan of MailPoet X theme supports?
