No posts showing under menu header

I have added some menus, but the only place where my post show are on the home page. How can i get them showing on my menu settings?

I HAVE FIXED IT. Thanks. I couldnt find my posts in the menu settings i had set up at the top of my page. But i had setup the menus wrong. Thanks
