No possibility to change text

When I try to ‘edit text’ it opens an empty space without possibility to do anything. All other changes are possible.
What is also strange is, when I log in to the site I see a strange window - see the picture. Thanks for help.

Sometimes the only a screenshot does not help us to recognize the issue you are having. We need to examine your site to get the cause of the issue.
