Hello @weggemann,

Thanks for writing in! I could not check your site at the moment, since I do not have an iPad or and iPhone. Are you using Safari browser in those devices? Please install Chrome in your devices and check your site again. If those images displays in Chrome, then you are only having some browser cache issue. Simply clear all your browsing history in those devices or use private browsing mode and test your site again.

Best Regards.

Thanks for your answer. It is the same problem with chrome and also on other iphones. The pictures only have an outline and the alt text.

Hello @weggemann,

I do not have an iPhone at the moment. I tested your site in different browsers and several android phones. All of the devices were displaying the images as expected.

Every thing is in order. The SSL is setup correctly. The images exists in your server and most especially, there is no caching. It must be device related somehow. Can you please create a screenshot of how it looks in the iPhone or iPad? And please do check the browser settings maybe the images were disabled because you can do it in the device browsers.

Kindly let us know.

That is how it looks like on an iphone in safari and chrome.
Browser settings wont’t help because other iphone or ipad users see it like that as well (for example my dad and my brother)?

Hey @weggemann,

I checked your site on a real iPhone and images are showing up. I also borrowed a friend’s iPhone.

Since you said it’s not a browser setting causing the issue, there might be an app blocking the images.

Would you also mind testing images loaded from other servers like here http://lorempixel.com/. This is because this might be network related. It’s unlikely but it’s a possibility.

Thanks.
