No permissions to edit content?

I admit, I am not a cornerstone user or fan. My agency uses elementor. But we inherited cornerstone and are just finding it impossible to use. Here is a simple update… should take 2 minutes (literally 2 minutes). Just a basic contact update. And yet we can’t do thing.

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your video it seems that you are using the deprecated element. I would suggest you go to the Cornerstone ---->Settings----> element —>Enable All Classic Elements and Toggle All Permissions. Please have a look at the screenshot below.
