No option to enter new MAX license in Dashboard

I installed the Pro theme and got the message Pro was updated, but I didn’t get the screen that allows me to enter the license.

Design cloud is unlocked, but the Max plugins are all locked.
Have I missed a step?

You may need to revoke and revalidate the Pro theme in your site install. Regrettably, I am unable to check the site because the provided password does not work for us.
