No longer able to download X from dashboard

Hi guys,

I’ve had few X licenses paid through Theme Forest. When you first released PRO I jumped on it and upgraded all of the licenses from X to PRO, but this has removed ability to access X download. Is there any way this can be fixed?

Thanks for reaching out.

Since all your licenses are now Pro, then you can only download Pro and use the licenses for Pro only.
