No image title

On my website there is no image title for images. Could you help me how to solve it ? I tried through gallery (image title) and tried to add CSS code.

Thanks for writing in!

Unfortunately, there is no option in the builder to add image title. Gallery image title only works in WordPress code editor.
To add the image title option need custom development which is out of our theme support scope.
