No image in social media share

hi,

i recently tested share buttons from my post page: https://www.myopinions.co.za/my-opinions-za/steve-jobs-your-time-is-limited/

and unfortunately no image is showing up? please advise me what i am doing wrong?

hi Prasant,

thanks for your reply, but still nothing.

I really like the x theme and dont want to switch back to avada so is there anyway you guys can assist in helping me. they have rectified the issue by going in backend and fixing,but in line with what i want to achieve on this site, x theme works better for me?

are you able to assist?

We thank you that you like X and we are always happy to help with problems related to our products.

I’ll point you to the cause of the problem but the cause is outside our control though. I ran your site in the Sharing Debugger of Facebook and there’s an error with your image. Try reformatting your image using tools like Format Factory and upload it again. Also, try a different image just to see if it works.

Also, check if your image meets the best practices outlined by Facebook at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/best-practices#images

Lastly, as mentioned in the thread linked to by Prasant, ensure you’re not using 2 Open Graph systems. If you’re using X Open Graph, disable Yoast’s and vice versa.
