In theme options, headers, image logo, you only provide width and not height. This is causing CLS issues. Please add height and width options for image logos. Its very important.

In the logo theme options, once you define the width it will automatically adjust the height. Whenever you change the width of the logo it will also change the height of the logo. But I will make a feature request so it might be taken into account in the future.
