No Header.PHP in Global Folder

Hi there,

I’m trying to make my site responsive to mobile. Everybody keeps telling me to add a Viewport tag to the Header.php file located in x/framework/views/global/_header.php

But for some reason I don’t have any files related to header.php at all.

Any help would be great,
