Well I don’t know why the earlier post is closed but I am reopening it here…
I found the left elementor inspection bar. It is hidden One page down. The left column can be scrolled down and then the inspection fields of the elements appear.
Why there is a gap I don’t know must be some kind of BUG I guess…

With regard to your original issue, I have tested Cornerstone inspector by login into your site, but I could not see such issues.
Could you please try re-testing your issue again by switching to Chrome’s Incognito mode (https://www.lifewire.com/incognito-mode-google-chrome-4103635) and see if it’s a caching issue. Also please follow this guide on how to clear all caches (https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-cache-in-wordpress/).
