No editor since the update

Since the update, I am unable to modify my website.

In a previous message, @Rad gave me some solutions that didn’t work.

I don’t use CDN, I renamed the.htaccess file, I disabled the cache plug-ins, cleaned my browser cache…

But the problem persists. Could you help me?

issue could be unique and therefore, we must login to your site to experience the issue. The login credentials you provided works however, it does not have enough permission for us to open your content. We need admin level access.

The troubleshooting is only provided to narrow down possible causes and it’s not solution.

I did the troubleshooting and found out the cause, it’s your UIX Shortcode plugin and it’s causing HTML markup corruption in the builder. Try disabling that plugin then clear your plugin and browser cache before testing.

Problem solved, indeed it was this plug-in that generated the defects.
