We have pulled a component into our footer widget area. But we need to edit it. We are seeing this. can you help?? No Documents Found, pages or components. We have tried turning all plugins off. nada. We have tried clearing cache (cornerstone and site). We have also done a plugin test (all off but CS and X) but same result. Running: WP 6.1.3 X; CS 7.2.6; X 10.2.6

The problem you are facing might be due to an improper update of the Cornerstone. I would suggest you update the Cornerstone by following the below steps.

1. Delete the existing Cornerstone.
2. After deleting, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be the latest version.

If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind the problem you are facing. I would suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict ** You can skip as you have already performed it.
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.

Same issue. We created a staging area. Deleted all other plugins besides CS. Cleared cache, then deleted CS fully. Reinstalled. Resulting in same problem. Went ahead and tried falling back to PHP 7.4 as a test as well, then followed same CS action. Still no fix. Have created a user for you to jump in in secure note

Can you try:

1. Upgrade your PHP to version 8.
2. Upgrade your WP_MEMORY_LIMIT to 256 M or greater.

If that doesn’t help, please give us cPanel or FTP details. You can get this from your web host.

Something in your MU plugin is conflicting with Cornerstone. I discovered that when I emptied the code of your MU plugin and checked Cornerstone again.

Regretfully, we do not provide support for 3rd party plugin conflicts. Please have your developer check your MU plugin and remove code that is conflicting with Cornerstone.
