No checkbox for privacy policy on woocommerce checkout page

When you add the item to the cart, then go to checkout, there is no checkbox for the privacy policy. How can I fix it?

Thanks for reaching out.
The checkbox comes with the Terms and Condition and it seems that the Term and Condition page is not set. I would suggest you set the page from Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Checkout. Please find the screenshot describing the settings.

Thank you, it’s working now. The Terms page was set up but apparently wrong. I had my policies page set as the parent page of the terms page. Maybe that was it.
