No blog on Customize

I was looking for to run blog for my website but i couldn’t find any blog section , when i was looking for in forum i saw that it should be on Customize --> blog . when i checked it wasnt any blog option there , is there any other section i have to looking for it ?

Thanks for asking.

Please don’t use customizer. X Theme has its own options panel. You can change blog related settings from X > Theme Options > Blog. Here is a screencast that you can take a look.
