No animation on mobile menu toggle

Hi there,

I’m using the new header builder and so far working fine except from the mobile menu.

There is no animation on the hamburger. (it should change in an X)
(When editing in the header builder it does show the animation.)

Any solution for this?

(cannot find any corrupt css.)

On my end mobile menu is working fine and upon clicking on hamburger menu it’s displaying the X icon. Please see following screencast.

Try clearing cache and see how it goes.

Hi there,
Thanks for answering but clearing cache was offcourse the first thing I did before putting this ticket here.

Tried it on 2 different iphones with the latest ios in Safari.

Any other suggestions?

Also tried Chrome browser but same issue.
So it can’t be the browsers. I’m lost.

Hi Victor,

Sorry that you’re having that issue, that is actually a bug but only specific to iOS. This has already been added to our issue tracker. You can check our changelog page every time we release an update to see if a fix for this bug is included.
