No access to X theme options

Hi,
someone who can help me with this problem?

The content management system works good!
I have done the log in to cms and i’m working on my articles.

But there is no access to X theme options

Hello Andrea,

Thanks for posting in! You might have disabled the Theme Options. Please go to X > Settings > Permissions and make sure that Theme Options were enabled.
