Hi Andrea,

Did you recently update X or Cornerstone? If so, kindly make sure that you have updated both.

Then clear your site’s cache. If the issue persists, try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If you are still getting an issue accessing the Theme Options, please provide us with the admin access to your site in a Secure Note:

Thanks for updating the thread.

This seems to be a plugin conflict issue as when i disabled all plugin except for Cornerstone, Theme options panel is loading and working fine without any issues.

In that regards, please test for plugin conflict by deactivating all plugins and reactivating one at a time to narrow down the plugin that’s causing issue.
