Ninja Forms

Hi, couldn’t find an answer to this in the community but just wanted to know if any extensions come with the Ninja Form plugin (specifically for layout and styles). At the moment there isn’t really much I can do to change how the forms look.

Thanks.

Ninja forms offers the paid extension for styles but doesn’t come with the free version. They are a little pricey but I bought the 5 site license for use on my sites to make form columns and colors.

Hope it helps you. Regards, Ed Sanders

Thanks Ed. That does help. Do you know of any free customisable form plugins?

This one from Web Dorado looks promising, but I haven’t tried it. It claims you can edit the html. I am used to Ninja forms and bought their styles addon. Web Dorado is known for paid plugins, not sure what style functionality the free version has.
I’ll test it out on my testing site and let you know.

The FormMaker WD does have a lot of options, but the learning curve is large. I found options to customize but you would need to know css. I like ninja forms interface better.

This one is not a good option.

Sorry, Ed

Hello There,

@AlexSHarris:
Thanks for updating in!
You can also try Contact form 7 or Gravity forms.

@mredsanders:
Thanks for responding.

I find that Ninja Forms is good, but they are definitely pricey as you go from $100 for 1 website (for the all access plan) to $200 for 20 which is a huge (and crazy) jump, IMO. I know @mredsanders that you only got the small add-on – but what if you want to add more functionality in future (ex. file uploads, conditional logic, etc.)? Then you’d have to shell out even more money in the end you pay more than $200. Gravity Forms’ prices are more gradual. I would’ve liked to try it but have already invested oodles of time styling and getting Ninja Forms working “just right”. If you’re starting from scratch, I’d consider Gravity Forms.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, @Priscilla. :slight_smile:
