Ninja Forms not displaying locally using X

Hello,

I have a problem with Ninja Forms on Theme X after updating X.

This trouble seems to be just on MY Mac and on MY Android phone:

  • Ninja forms do not show up. Instead it’s the just loading icon there.
  • In Ninja forms preview mode the forms show up.

I tried updating X 6 months ago and got the same trouble. That time I reverted to an older version of X to “fix it”. This time I would like to find a permanent fix to it.

When I change my theme to other Wordpress theme like Twenty Nineteen or Twenty Fifteen the forms work on all devices.

Using “incognito mode” or safari everything works. Same on my mobile - incognito mode in chrome shows the form.

I’ve tried deactivating all extensions in chrome. Same problem.
I’ve tried deleting all cookies in chrome. Same problem.

Using “inspect” I get this error message in my consolse (does not happen in incognito mode):

Hey Heine,

I have tried to check this on my local setup and having a Ninja Form on the page causes a Javascript conflict error that is why it is not loading. As this is a third party plugin, regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
