Newsletter Sign-up

Hi Guys,

I’m wondering if you can help me.

I am trying to set up a sign-up form for my newsletter.

I don’t use the email forms plugin because it doesn’t correlate with my provider (SendInBlue)

I have designed the form their end and they have produced code for an iFrame.

I have pasted it in and yeah it’s not the best-looking form in the world but it will do.

The problem is that it has padding and a scroll bar around it which I assume is due to the HTML in the iFrame but really I have no idea.

Is there any chance one of you might be able to help me fix it? so that it is in line with my other elements.
This is made in global blocks and called footer section.

Picture for reference.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Niall,

You can resolve that by applying overflow: hidden; on the HTML tag of the form. However, since that is inside an iframe you need to do that on the widget/form side.

Please do mind that we cannot provide support for third-party plugins, scripts, or 3rd party widgets as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to our theme will need to be directed to the original developer.

Thank you for your understanding.
