News ticker in Header bar

Hi,

On this site - https://fitklub.nl/ - I have made a header with a second bar that appears when you start to scroll. It has a breadcrumbs shortcode in it. I also wanted to add a news ticker but it doesn’t seem to show. Could you take a look and see what I have to adjust?

Looks like you are using a 3rd party plugin to display the news ticker. Please try out following solutions and let us know the outcome:

1. I see that you are using WP Fastest Cache and have also enabled minification. Please try to disable the minification feature and then clear cache.
2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

In case issue is still there please share the admin details in secure note for us to take a closer look. That being said providing support for 3rd party plugins falls outside the scope of support we can offer. However, I would like to take a look at the setup.

Hi @yingfuli,

I have checked the site and there are not Javascript error that could cause an issue but it looks like the plugin for the newsticker itself has the issues.

I created a test page and placed the shortcode in the content area and the newsticker is still not showing up.

Kindly get in touch with the plugin developer regarding this.
