NEWBIE question: Pro vs Cornerstone

I bot Pro 4+ yrs ago to build a site. Then did nothing. I’m finally going to build it.
One newbie question: Inside the wordpress UI, there is Pro, and Cornerstone. What’s the difference? Are these two different approaches to building a site? Or do they work in conjunction with each other? Or are they the same thing (as in Cornerstone is the builder that operates within Pro)?

Thank you for writing, its the later, they the same thing, Cornerstone is the builder (content, header, footer, layout) that operates within Pro.
