New website - can't open cornerstone

I just installed a new x-theme on a new website.
And when I want to open a page with Cornerstone and click on the Cornerstone button

and when I clikc on ‘leave the page’ (the blue button) i get this message…

If I click stay on page (grey button) I go nowhere but still can’t edit my page.
Can you please tell me what I need to change to that I can simply open a page with cornerstone?

If the above points do not resolve your issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thank you so much for your quick reply.
I’ve update the secure information.

The thing is - it’s brand new - there are no plugins yet. It was the very first page I wanted to write.

No css yet
No plugins yet.

No update issue - installed the theme yesterday.

I have added my email. You can try that instead of my name.
But everthing works for me! These are my own credentials and I’m already in the site itself.
Can you please tell me what isn’t working?
It’s Level 2?
I also gave you additional credentials. Can you try those?
I also going to log out my self. maybe this is causing the login problem.

I already did exactly that.

I gave you the my personal login.
and optional I also set up a specific user for x-theme to test for you - with full admin rights.

I repost the secure login information in this post too.

Hi Nimue,

I have tried it again it works for the Level 1 but didn’t works for the WordPress admin login. I would suggest you share the correct credentials along with your website URL.

Hi Nimue,

Thanks for providing all the details!

I suspect that this is a permalinks issue. I went ahead and change your permalinks in Settings > Permalinks from Day and time to Post name. After changing the permalinks, I went ahead and tried to edit your page in the cornerstone then it is now working fine.
