New version of Pro does not support upload block/page template?

WordPress 4.9.8, Pro version 2.4.4.

downloaded a block from another website of mine, and trying to upload it to another website. However the upload button disappeared. Template. Please help. Thanks!

Thanks for writing in! Please be informed that Pro 2.4.4 will work best with WordPress 5.0.x. You will need to update your WordPress core to the latest and make sure that you your server meets the requirements to run this latest WordPress. You may need to check this out: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
