New updates on chrome not working?

hello, I just updated wordpress and all the plugins- but on chrome everything is thrown out of place on website, also cornerstone doesn’t open. just checked on firefox and it’s fine… thaanks

Hey Dominyka,

The latest version of our products works perfectly in Chrome. What you’re experiencing could just be a caching issue and/or there’s a Chrome browser extension that is conflicting with Cornerstone.

Before we say it’s an issue with Cornerstone, please first do the following tests.

  1. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  2. Theme Update
  3. Child Theme
  4. Disabling Cache
  5. Version Compatibility

Only if none of that fixes the issue, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin username and password
