New update wont allow me to edit properly

Just update to the latest version and it won’t allow me to change existing images.
When I click the item it just stays stuck with a rotating loading circle under the content button, and the whole cornerstone section seems to react slowly.

It will be very difficult to recognize what exact issue you are facing while uploading the images. It might be due to the improper update of the Cornerstone plugin. I would suggest you follow the below steps while updating to the latest version of the Cornerstone.

1. Delete the Cornerstone existing one
2. After deletion please use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone, by clicking into the links shown in the below screenshot.

If that does not resolve the issue, please troubleshot a few common issues to recognize the problem.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.CSS/JS Customization

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
