Most update issues are caused by 3rd party plugins and caching. Have you done the common solutions listed here: https://theme.co/docs/common-issues? Also, please clear the Style Cache in Cornerstone > Settings.
After you do that and the issue persists, please provide the following info in a Secure Note
- Post URL where we can see the issue
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin username and password
You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
