Hi,

Since the new update, I cannot change the header in the customizer, it keeps taking me to the page to edit the page. Is there a place with the instructions where I can learn to now customize my website since the new updates? When I currently since update goes into customizer to edit the site layout and colours, etc, I see options to pick for header and such, but cannot open them, there is only a blue button that says launch but only allows me to edit the page. Please help. I need to change the drop-down menu colour of when of my sites.

There could be a plugin or custom code that affects your website.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Only if none of that helps, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
