New Update Crashed Entire Site ( Urgent )

Hi,

Updated to the latest update,

broke my site,

Had to reach out to Godaddy,

They have now deactivated all my plugins.

The moment I try and reactive Cornerstone Crashes my site again.

I am told by Godaddy Its a Core Issue files corrupted :frowning:

Notes:

  1. Tried restoring to previous day no luck so far,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the websites listed in your Themeco Account, and found that you are using a Cornerstone and X license separately. The site associated with the Cornerstone is assigned with the Pro license, but using the X theme.

Can you please let us know which site you are having the issue with? I would suggest you follow the below steps while updating the X theme and the Cornerstone plugin.

  1. Delete the existing Cornerstone
  2. Update the X theme to the latest version by downloading from your Themeco Account
  3. After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be at the latest version

Hi,

I am unsure where I have my license details hosted.

I have purchased this Theme through themeforest many times, im guessing that is where.

I delete my Warner Media Url and add my Modular Buildings Australia website,

But it seems my licensed is already activated, im thinking its because its through themeforest.

Do think it would be safer to,

Revoke my license then activate using the one inside theme.co then do what you said?,

  1. uninstal Cornerstone

  2. Update X theme to 9.01

  3. Use in built cornerstone to activate?

It is not required to revoke the license to do the steps described. But it would be good if you assign the proper website to a specific License, to avoid any further issues.
