New staging URL, can't get validation to stick

So we have a new staging environment. I’ve changed the staging URL in my Account. When I add the purchase code in the X theme Overview in the WP admin panel, it seems to work, and tells me it is validated. But, then if I navigate to any other page in the WP admin, the message comes up “This X license is ​not validated​.” and when I go back to the X theme Overview, I need to re-enter the code again.

How do I get it to stick?

Make sure to Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • Purchase code
