New Site, Wish It Was Like Demo ;(

Hiya folks, I am embarking on a new site. Everyone was so helpful with my last site and I learned tons, I really know what I am doing now. Here’s that site I completed with your help if anyone wants to see it: https://www.galatiafilms.com/

OK, so I have picked my new theme here is the DEMO:

And I have installed it:

Trouble is, the install is really bare bones, meanwhile the demo looks so filled-in and IF I had it installed like the demo I would have most of my work done.

QUESTION: How do I get the demo version installed or is there an easy way to copy over the demo data into where I have it installed?
